‘Ghosts’ is the second single to be released by Max Raptor, an energetic four-piece from the Midlands.

The frantic, lively new single contains guitar riffs and vocals filled to the brim with attitude. The first twenty seconds of the song would be enough to get any crowd dancing.

Wil Ray’s singing is reminiscent of loud and anthemic seventies punk but still has a unique tone. Another feature relating to that genre is the ability to sing along, even after hearing the song once. The chorus is easy to pick up, “This is not how you expect it to be”; the rhythm of which will be stuck in listeners’ heads.

Although reasonably new onto the music scene, Max Raptor have already got a large following. They were at this year’s Download Festival where they packed out their performance venue, so it is no surprise the band are tipped to be a big success having support from Kerrang! Radio.

This fresh British band should be a big name. They may play crazy punk rock but this song has a feel good, fun factor that is sure to make audiences move and shout.
