Max Raptor in Push To Fire

The sound quality of the ensuing melody, the vocal delivery and the subsequent rhythm, have a surprisingly 80s feel to them - whilst parts of particular guitar riffs seem to borderline on 50s surf guitar. This may seem like an obscure blend of musical elements, but it is executed particularly well by this young band.

The futuristic style of sound that heralds the tracks end is [strangely] a worthy fit - and seemingly sums up the bands versatile sound package.

Overall, 'Ghosts' is a very promising second single from Max Raptor. If this continues on, and the whisperings of a full-length album in 2011 prove correct, we could have a very promising band on our hands.
