The Tulsa, Oklahoma born, New Orleans raised musician certainly has a very lo-fi West Coast California Sunshine sound that permeates through each song, perhaps a nod to his current dwellings in Los Angeles. With its slow gentle musings and lo fi feel mixed in with some 70s psychedelic regalia and twangy guitars thrown in for good measure. There's a real mix of sounds on this album that will keep listeners entertained. This is one of those album that surprises you with its different influences and sounds and certainly AM has come through with a very polished pop effort and certainly those wanting some lo-fi music to while away their Sunday musings, this is the album for you.
